Refund policy

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The item must be unused. To start a return, email "support@roamhound.store"with your order number. We reply within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). If the item arrived damaged or is the wrong item, we pay return shipping. Otherwise the customer pays return shipping. Refunds go to the original payment method within [5-10] business days after we receive the return.
